Jenica McHugh is a managing director in Accenture´s Health and Public Service technology strategy practice. She has expertise in value targeting through mergers and acquisitions (M&A), digital strategy and operating model analysis. Jenica enjoys working on any project that involves developing a technology strategy to drive growth, operational efficiency, and improve health outcomes.
