Andrew has over 20 years of experience in venture capital, strategy consulting, corporate innovation, and corporate business development (partnering, business plan development, M&A diligence). Andrew is currently leading Accenture Bloom Capital, program focused on partnering with Fortune 500 companies and VC investors to conceive, launch, and scale new ventures that respond to the primary digital disruptions impacting Accenture’s clients’ markets. Previously, Andrew worked for ten years at GE where he helped establish the venture capital team focused on energy within GE Capital Energy Financial Services. At GE Andrew also helped found and operate a $300MM VC fund called Energy Technology Ventures with GE, ConocoPhillips, and NRG, and helped create and operate GE Ventures, GE’s corporate innovation practice. At GE, Andrew also led a $100MM open innovation investment and partnering program focused on the smart grid called the ecomagination Innovation Challenge.
