Physicians and Allied Health staff have been burdened with limited resources, longer shifts, disruptions to work-life balance, increased levels of anxiety, physical and mental fatigue. Healthcare leaders must act swiftly to support caregiver recovery, reduce stressors, and build resilience. The purpose of this virtual panel is to examine caregiver burnout in healthcare with three subject matter experts.
